It was my birthday weekend and although I was able to get a 3 hr hike in, I still climb five pounds! I am heartbroken and at a lose for words, but instead of whining, I'm back on my diet and water schedule and plan to exercise tonight. Hopefully, I'm back down next week.

Very happy with my progress right now. The water and low calorie diet with a goal of 30-60 min home exercise 4-5 days a week is working! 5 lbs down from when I started 1 week and a day ago.
