I'm a 34 year old single mother of three. I had always been thin, even after having children, but I also had very active jobs (maintenance, construction, delivering concrete). I have been working office jobs for the past 2 years now and aside from that, found out I have hypothyroidism. In the past 2 years I've gained 60 pounds, 40 of it in the last year alone. I've 'planned on' exercising and dieting...starting Monday!!! I'm finally ready to really do something about it! I became a vegetarian about a month ago and have been doing very well with it, and I've been walking several days a week and going to the gym (inconsistently!) I have lost 3 pounds over the last couple of weeks so I know as long as I stay consistant with diet and exercise, I'll be able to achieve my goal of 160 pounds!
I found this website through an application on my phone and I absolutely love it! It's easy enough and free is always nice:)
