smoothie no more
my god i just checked my snacks and realised how fattning the smoothies are nearly 800 extra calories from them alone
im banning them now and only gonna have one as a lunch or something on the weekend.....
heres to tomorrow

ok so had my first so called healthy dinner
but i should have only had one pitta bread ah well tomorrow is another day
had a chicken breast and loads of stir fry veg with soya sauce
feel so full but not guilty
for the first time ever id say... lunch tomorrow with the left overs lol

my god i just ate a huge dinner seriously got to stop
had it put up in front of me when i came in from work and just couldnt say no
never again
