About myself. I’m 82 years old and want to get in the best shape possible for my age.
My focus is on good nutrition, weight management, and exercise to keep healthy. Fatsecret.com is my guide in accomplishing health goals.

Starting Weight of 205 Lbs. is for the above challenge:
Immediate Goals: Get to 195 Lbs. & a 37 Inch Waist.
Long Term Goals: 185 Lbs. & a 36 Inch Waist.
1. Use 7 Day Challenges and Tips to Help Achieve Goal
2. Close Apple Watch Rings Daily for MOVE/TIME/STAND
3. Take Herbalife Weight & Fitness Shakes + Vitamins Daily
4. Take take-out boxes at restaurants and place ½ of meal in it; eat as other meals
5. Exercise, at least, 1 hour and fifteen minutes a day – using You Tube workouts
6. Average 12,500 Steps a day
7. Average over 1,000 Active Calories a day
8. Plan every meal ahead of time
9. Use Fat Secret to Plan & Document Progress

PREVIOUS WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE 2021

My wife entered rest on January 20th 2021. We were married 55 years and had a wonderful life together. I now want to focus on activities to keep my mind active and exercises that will improve my health.

March 1st is the perfect time to get going again with goals and objectives supporting well-being. My weight on Wednesday February 24th was 217.6 lbs. (after a month of heavy eating).

My weight as of Monday March 1st should be down to 210 pounds + or - (I will weigh-in Monday morning for an exact starting weight).

My goal weight for the twelve week challenge is 185 lbs. (25 lb. weight loss).

EXERCISES: Include Recumbent Bike, Treadmill, and Elliptical + Swimming beginning at the end of March 214.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 29.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

MY BEGINNING WEIGHT LOSS STRATEGY
I Plan to eat two meals a day instead of three and follow exactly the foods recommended in the challenge that begins today 3/1/2021; also, to follow an 8 hour eating window followed by a 16 hour fasting period. My eating window: 10 A.M. to 6 P.M.

The challenge beginning today (3/1/2021) could not have come at a better time for me. Special thanks to the originator of this challenge!
