I Plan to eat two meals a day instead of three and follow exactly the foods recommended in the challenge that begins today 3/1/2021; also, to follow an 8 hour eating window followed by a 16 hour fasting period. My eating window: 10 A.M. to 6 P.M.

The challenge beginning today (3/1/2021) could not have come at a better time for me. Special thanks to the originator of this challenge!
