I need to get serious about this weight loss. I don't know why I'm finding it so hard to get motivated to do something that is going to better my life and my children's lives as well. My daughter is already overweight and I don't want her having to deal with the pressures of middle school and high school being overweight, kids are meaner than they were when I was that age!
I think i lost motivation because my husband did. We originally started this together and now that he's not working hard anymore I feel like I don't have to. He lost 50 pounds on the adkin's diet and exercising, went on a trip to florida and started back to eating poorly again. Maybe if I start losing more weight, it will get him back on track too? I sure hope so!
