WI at 138.5 still this morning--good. Just took a 7.35 mi bike ride---counted it as longer than it was as I had my HR on and knew the calorie use---just made it match. So fun. Will get a good calorie burn today!

I made two major mistakes today---I ate some pistachio squares---at least it's good fat---but high in calories. Then even tho' I planned a snack to have after my blood donation that had food value I caved in and ate two horrible cookies---absolutely no food value---just fat and sugar---damn! I hope this doesn't screw up my weight loss for the week. Because of donating i'm not supposed to exercise tonight but it's so tempting.
I was 138.5 this morning still---oh please, scale, don't go up tomorrow!

Just finished doing Wii Just Dance II for about 50 minutes on the Just Sweat setting. Good calorie burning. I'm curious to know how many calorie deficit fatsecret plans for a pound of weight loss---they are giving me an RDI of 1600 and I set it on weight loss so I hope that it's allowing for a decent loss. I've read that 500 cal deficit for 7 days is necessary for 1 pound loss---would like to lose more like 1 1/2 pounds a week.
So at the end of the day after sleeping I should have a 400+ cal deficit today. I did more dance exercise but did not yet record it---wanted to spark my cal use at the end of the day. Ate oatmeal as a snack tonight after salmon for dinner which caused my fat intake to go up to 29 % today. Anxious to see what the scale says. I did not eat the 1600 cal. calorie counter says I should

After two days using Calorie Counter I am at 139.5---ate a lot yesterday but still ended with a deficit of over 200 but the deficit was over 500 the first day and maybe more as I did not change my activity level from resting to standing or sitting or walking throughout the day--only changed the actual exercise times. Yesterday I got 99% of RDI of protein---day before only 85% but on carbs I got 170% both days. I think the fruit ups the carbs quite a lot---will try to snack only on veggies or protein/dairy today! Love the calculation of this and my exercise in calories instead of points on WW but still keeping up my points tracker as well.
