Since Tuesday I have been eating high protein lower carb and have kept my deficit at a minimum of 500 below my burn. I have worn my hear monitor and have maintained nearly 2000 or over burn a day. I've only been accumulating about 24 to 25 WW points a day. I did have a piece of toast yestderday for a snack but none in the mornings. Trying to start every day with mostly protein---have been eating more eggs than I'd like to but it's hard to find lots of protein without them. Had lots of salmon two nights in a row now. and actually ate out at BJ's both nights---had their lunch salmon--about 5 oz--and salad and all veggies in place of the rice pilaf. Now tonight I need to find protein for here and keep up the good stuff. I'm so excited and hopeful. Love my HR monitor---it inspires me to get up and move more--have been doing lunges around the island in the kitchen and doing at least two one minute planks every night. I'd like to get where I could hold plank for about 3 minutes and side plank for a minimum of one. HOPE---that's what I finally have.

don't know why I've gained weight back---had over 3500 calorie deficit last week. Why?
Something is going on cause I can no longer add food items on my computer cause when I try it just spins and spins like crazy on the computer. Yet I can add from my iPhone just fine.

Weird---today I'm up to 140 again---1 1/2 # over the whole week--hope that is simply a fluke! Perhaps I've had too many carbs yesterday as it WAS My highest carb day---222% and only did 80+% of protein. How to get the protein in---I have to start planning for it somehow. Today will be hard as I go to Overton to get my haircut so won't be here to eat lunch. And I have zumba tonight---do I eat before I go===and what? I've laid out chick---maybe I'll eat early at 5 and eat a ton of chicken with no carbs---I just am not sure what to do as I thought I had this figured out. Yesterday I actually burned 2350 calories---more than this tracker says---but had a deficit of 896---perhaps that's too much?? Yet over the week so far I'm right on for a one pound loss---3130 deficit with one day to go to get to 3500. Should be perfect. We'll see.
