Going back to the gym tonight after work... 12 hour shift and then the gym... I should sleep like a baby!!
Saw the same weight on the scale this morning as yesterday...doesn't even phase me. I know if I stick to my program I'll see the results!

Woot Woot!!! 10 lbs in 10 days!!! I'm not looking forward to this stopping... so much fun!
Hit the gym today, meant to do it yesterday but just didn't make it. Gym time was intense... I didn't have the gas I'm used to, but it's ok...I'm in a caloric deficit and I'm taking in less than 20gms of carbs per day so I should expect to feel a difference. I definitely had the same intensity on the weights, just felt fatigued during my usual cardio routine...
Can't wait to see what the scale says tomorrow!!!

Well after a few days of seeing the same number on the scale I woke up today and bam... lost 2.5 lbs!! This literally puts me at 1 lbs per day weight loss since I started this program on the 1st of June. As disapointing as it is to wake up for a couple of days in a row and see no progress, waking up today and seeing 2.5 lbs lost is so amazing...it's like christmas morning when you're a kid!!!
I've still not hit the gym yet... but I am going today. If I can lose 1 lbs per day with almost no excerise other than work and incidental walking...I can't wait to see what I can do now!
Super excited!!
