Went to the pre high school reunion party last night and drank alcohol... First drinks I've had since starting this new nutrion plan on the 1st of June. I woke up and did my weekly weigh in...hit 307.5. Really not sure if I'm dehydrated or what but I recorded the weight and smiled... 15lbs in 16 days!! The real reunion is tonight...I'm sure to eat and drink way off the menu of this diet tonight... The real test will be to see if I can get back on the menu after tonights festivities...

Well 12.5 lbs in 15 days and going strong!!! It's so funny too I'm losing weight and I ate Mcdonalds for lunch 2 days in a row LOL... I am so freaking happy with myself and feel like I could do anything right now! Energy level is through the roof, clothes are getting looser... Heck I slept 4 hours last night and I am not even tired!!

My only regret is that I didn't do this years ago...
