Determined, but strugling with Exercise
Hi All! My name is Jennifer and I just had my 33rd birthday. I celebrated 11lbs lost that day with family and friends, with a starting weight of 210lbs. The most I have weighed since pregnancy and, although, determined to make healthier consumption choices, I am struggling with the commitment to exercise. I could give a million excuses as to why I'm not doing it but it would be just that. Somewhere there has to be a trigger that will help me make that commitment to myself.
I found fatsecret.com after downloading an app for my Droid. It has made tracking my caloric and WW points so easy. When it prompted me to check out the website, I thought to myself "I don't need that" but curiosity won and here I am. I have to say I'm very impressed with the amount of support everyone has for each other and would be grateful to join such a tremendous group of people. This morning I will walk away with the feeling that success in inevitable!
