Using ketostix is awesome, but does it have to blaze dark..
for me to be losing? I'm starting Atkins again and know that when I get that high, I get uncomfortable in induction. What do ya'll think?

Snacking
My favorite breakfast is scrambled eggs w/ or w/o sour cream, onions and shredded cheese. Sometimes I top is with 505 green chile - just a bit.. yummy!
