I was doing so well i don't know what got into me but i cheated today.I had a scoop of cake bater,and a scoop of chocolate raspberry truffle on a waffle cone and to top it off i also ate mr.hero yeah i really blew it but know i have it all out of me system so tomorrow i can start off on the right foot.

So today was overall a really good day i woke up weighed myself and found i was 2lbs lighter and man does it feel good i know it sounds crazy but i actually can really feel when i shed a lb. or gain a lb.

I'm so excited I know It's only 2lbs. but it's a start and it's only been 2 days and thats enough to keep me going strong.:)
