Ugghh I need to stop weighing myself everyday it's getting kinda discouraging:( Maybe i'm eating too much......Maybe i'm not eating enough?? CONFUSED!!!

Well even though it's that time I managed to lose a lb. YAY!! My birthday is coming up on the 7th so I plan on following Atkins to the T so I can have some CAKE;)

Yes it's that time ladies:( Know I know where all those chocolate cravings and mood swings were coming from.....LOL! Well i'm gunna wait out my weigh in why even depress myself. I know on mon. the scale will make my day:) After all i've been sticking with atkins intro. even threw the cravings YAY!

Lost a lb. 2day YAY!! I had the best faux potato side dish last night. I submitted it this morn. so check it out:) I swear it's so delish!!!
