I finally got around to making an official weigh in. It wasn't a surprise that I hadn't lost weight. I didn't follow my plan closely this week but I was still a little disappointed to see the EXACT same number as last week. However, I'm going to try my best this coming week to stick to my calories and do the best I can. If I don't see a drop in the number, I'll know that I need to adjust my calories. It's been a little confusing for me coming off of weightwatchers to strictly tracking calories. When I was on weightwatchers, I feel like I wasn't eating enough food basically because I was too anal to eat my weekly points or activity points. I feel much more liberated and in control doing it old school. Sounds kind of funny but true.

Oh man....what a day!
I haven't done a lick of grocery shopping in the last week and we're totally out of anything remotely healthy. Seriously...it's bad. I brought one orange and yogurt to work! That's hardly going to get me by. I'm not quite sure why I do that to myself? Once I got here, I had to try to make a semi healthy choice down in the cafeteria. I went with an english muffin, peanut butter, and a cup of melon. For lunch, I swung by Subway and tried that new Orchard Chicken Salad. It was pretty good...a few more calories than my regular (ham, turkey, or roast beef with tons of veggies and no cheese). It was kind of nice to switch it up a bit.
My husband called me when I got back to work to say his car broke down. Urgh...now I'm stressed. Where are the cookies???? ;)
