its been awhile since i've checked in. ummm, doing so so i guess. i definatly am in that phase three sort of place. i try to eat as good as i can when its possible, but i'm pretty good with not worrying too much when i'm away or out. Although i bought myself a little 'slab' of chocolate mint fudge and managed to polish that off within a couple days :S oops. sometimes i eat stuff and feel like a pig and feel really bad/guilty, but then i stop myself. i really have done well and i am my own worst enemy when it comes to things like that. i think we all are. so in about a weeks time i will do my phase one thing for a week...just get things back in check and another weigh in. i truly love how thats working for me and would absolutely suggest it to anyone who is at the maintaining part of their weight loss goal. To try my best, but be reasonable with things for the month and then phase one for a week is a splendid plan :) hope all are doing ok!!
