Hello!! Start to a new week and a new motivation. Saturday was my PHX STS and it was amazing. I learned so much from people and I got to see some excellent results. Men loosing 100-150lbs in 10 plus months and women loosing 110 lbs in 10 months. Shows me I need to stay motivated and always be on my A game. Today is fitcamp. It is the hardest thing for me since its Monday but I am going to give it my all and more. I have 98.8 lbs to go until I hit my goal. It is possible!!

Day 1 of fatsecret.com. Starting doing this while I was at work and thought this is such an awesome website with so much to offer. Feeling today, eghh. Throat still hurts from the sickness going around. Body a little sore from working out last night at fitcamp. Looking for motivation to start my herbalife business plan as well to find success. Not finding much luck with that. Goal today is find my new outfit for STS. I want to look as small as I feel. This is just as much as a mental journey as it is a physical journey to change. I have done this all step by step. Mental Note: Hope I can influence others positively as well.
