I am 28 years old and as a child I was very active and in shape. As I have grown up and my life has changed my regular activities became less and less. But my eating habbits didn't change. I am working with active kids and sometime struggle to keep up with them. I am also having fertility issues and one day soon, I would like to have a family of my own.
