Howdy!
Good Morning Everyone!
My name is Jennifer, I'm 44 and live in Royal Oak, MI. I had the 'sleeve' weight loss surgery July 26, 2010 and have been slackin' in the exercise dept. I joined a 'biggest loser' competition at my gym (I told them I had surgery I just want to do the workouts) where I work out with them twice weekly (they are way thinner than me) and have a trainer 2x/week for 6 weeks. Hopefully that will keep me on the up and up or down and down..lol.
