yesterday I feel like I ate everything under the sun. Did great until evening. Hubby brought home chinise food. I'd already ate dinner. End up eating an egg roll and crab puff. earlier that day I ate a ding dong. I'm calling that my skip day, My skip days are ussally saturday or sunday. Oh well, I can afford two skip day. hahaha. I AM BACK TO WORK TODAY!

so now I back to my original weight. this week was good got close to my calories needed each day. I also worked out everyday I was support to. I don't feel excited this week about my weight lost. I know it about I have been at thus weight before and blow it.

struggling this week. Actually 2 weeks in a row. If i have junk food in the house its very tempting to me. I will not buy it....in the store I have great self control, my problem come up at home. My dear sweet husband keep bring junk home. And said just don't eat it...Arrrrr! Why does he not get it? This has been the on going problem since we been married. I need to take control of it. :( It so much easyer with the crap not around!

well didn't loose or gain this week so I'm okay. I've workout like crazy however I've not been careful about what Ive eaten. this just means I gotta be more aware this week.
