I am still doing the water challenge. I had a total of 4/16oz. bottles yesterday and today I am on my way to the same. I am not doing so well on the push-up challenge. My arms are sore and I am only up to 30 a day, but I will keep going. I am doing well on my set-up challenge. I am able to do the 30 set-ups with a little effort. So, all and all I feel it is going ok for only day 2......

Officially
started my diet today, as well as 3 challenges. I am going to try to stay closer to 2000 calories rather than 2600 that the site tells me. We will see how that goes. I started my water challenge this morning. I never drink water. Not sure how I will do with it. The other 2 challenges I will start this evening.
