So yeah, I ate basically nothing but pizza today. It was leftovers from Friday night when I had two slices as a reward for 33lbs lost. Worked out hard, back on track with my eating tomorrow and carry on. Just because you deviate doesn’t mean you can t recover :-)

With my workouts I’m left with pretty big calorie deficits after the calorie burns of my workouts are factored in, but I’m not hungry and am still eating plenty. I’m still throwing in the odd filet o fish and some protein powder calorie supplements daily

What a weigh in day. Beautiful day out, sunny, in a great mood today. About 2lbs per week is my goal so this is good. Have a great week everyone!

Massage chairs at the gym are not as good as the real thing, but hella better than rubbing your back against the corner of a wall.
Weigh in time in the morning. Missed a workout yesterday due to work commitments that took me till 3:30am. Back at it!
