So, I've finally tracked my food for the last 2 weeks....everything! That alone is a giant step for me. In addition, I have been preparing my own meals too! I am feeling energized and healthy, if I can actually say so myself!
My approach to the next year's challenge is not as dismal as it once was. I am actually feeling excited about all of this...which is a great change of pace for once!

Back at Day 1, which is actually now Day 11. I've brought my lunch for every day except 1, which is a drastic improvement for me! I'm actually enjoying my packed lunches, so I can't really complain!
Next step? Getting active! My knee is still bad, but I really need to incorporate something into my daily routine that I can work with....
