No idea if your misses is heavy or petite, but knowing most women just tell her about all the weight loss and toning she could get after a few months of regular "working out" (especially 2-3 times daily for say, an hour each - the pounds would fly off and imagine the belly tone!), maybe that'll get her feeling amorous! Maybe it's just early but this cracked me up a lot for some reason. I hadn't even considered when I made my original post that it's probably mostly women on this site (duh) and that it'd end up being a "bring in some men and chain them to posts and call it 'exercise equipment'!" thread. Laughing

if you're being sarcastic, i apologize. i'm new to this site, have a sense of humor, and really honestly was looking for certain activities under the fitness tab so i pointed it out.

I'll join ya - we're at just about the same starting point / goal. I actually started somewhere over 400lbs, 420ish, I think (it's hard to find scales that go that high, yanno) and have maintained 370ish for a good while now, but it's time to take the plunge and go all the way this time! I need to do this so I can stay alive and healthy for my kids. They'll be really angry at me if I get sick and die on them early!

I've already dropped a few lbs since starting using this site (formerly used myfitnesspal but I like some of the options here more) (370lbs-363lbs) but it doesn't show it since i switched diets, so I'm off and running (metaphorically anyway)! Let's do this.

Awesome response! Though I don't think I'll be doing push-ups while kissing or yoga while going down (ah, the mental images!)... but the stats are pretty interesting and, well, can't complain about any excuse for making out more! Already shared this link with my fiancé and I seriously doubt he'll object to "helping me get fit" as often as possible. Very Happy
