We roll on again this week.
Bathroom saga causing some major constenation!
Ate OK last week but only got two gym sessions in.
Back in Gym tonight and had a brilliant heavy session, added squats back in and legs are really strong- feel a lot stronger but then Ive had a bit of a mini bulk on teh back of an 8 week cut!
I must get some cardio in this week.

Smackity crapstick!
Had a God dam awful week, Bathroom and builders done my head in, had some real bad luck and stress that knocked me off kilter!
Did a couple of Cardios last week, but didnt manage to get my other Gym sessions in, couple that with a bit of a fuck it YOLO attitude due to the crap Ive eaten more and moved less than I wanted (well intended)to.
Upshot is missed weigh in window so starting two week period again today.
Back to work and food all over the shop, what with trying to get back into it and arguing with poxy builders.
Ill get on track 100% tomorrow (only meal timings out today and macro totals) Ive trained tonight as well and that felt good.
Onwards and upwards.

Spent the day ripping out the bathroom- was sweating like a pig all day! Felt great to be honest!
Fat is high on Macros but that came from Rib of beef so loats of creatine and Testo in that :0)
Got up today (a week off) and did 20 minutes fast on the bike to work a great sweat first thing!
Now going to do 4 hours "work" in the bathroom before this afternoons "leg " session!

Funny day- up at 5-45, home at 6-30 fishing in the sodding wind 14.5 used a lot of energy up! Good carb intake and a big whack of steak- normal macro day tomorrow.
Will be "working" tomorrow stripping the bathroom so will work up an appetite.

Up and out at 6am again- legs ache but feel strong- odd feeling!
had a right pace on today and have knocked 5 minutes off from Monday already- want to do the 3 miles in 45 minutes.
Finished work for a week (well I wont be there not to say I wont be doing any work!) got lots to keep me occupied so will be burning a few extra cals this next week, will be doing weights 1st thing as well and some cardio in the evening, be interesting to see how that pans out!
Feel great, a good week, food and excersize wise, 5 more weeks and thats another "stint gone" and aim is to be 16st 7lbs.
Good session this evening, didnt finish work until late, but made myself go to teh gym and hit it, now feel pretty smug that Ive got this week done how I wanted and can now chill for two days!
