Been sick, so haven't been logging my diet. Am on 2 shakes 1 am 1 lunch then sensible suppers though :) Keep Smiling!!!!!!!!

HEY, I am recovering from auto immune thyroid hashimotos, celiac disease and spine problems, in the past 2 years I have gained 40 lbs that i lost one other time by low carb and exercise but due to not able to exercise and deciding to eat SUGAR and foods after meals 9BAD SNACKING) I have gained it all back and am so tired of this! I am ready and being part of a group is great motivation!! I kept 45 lbs off for over 4 years by MY DIET which was 3 meals a day nothing in between and no snacking after supper, if I was REALLY hungry I would have blueberries with silhouette yogurt for a snack! I am a sugar addict and been clean now for a week off the stuff! SO I am here and ready!!xo I have read A Course in Weight Loss by Marianne Williamson and it is a great help also I believe that we change things in our mind FIRST and our body will follow!! I would like some BUDDIES who are positive thinkers and ready to surrender the weight and release it this time for good, because when i LOSE weight it always gets found again, truth! :) Please join me we can POSITIVELY do this, it is already done in my mind!! xxo
