Been sick, so haven't been logging my diet. Am on 2 shakes 1 am 1 lunch then sensible suppers though :) Keep Smiling!!!!!!!!
162.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
