So last night I was lucky enough that a few friends couldn't meet for drinks to watch the Sabres game because I went to the gym, did a Mini-Body sculpt class and Spinning. And I feel amazing today!
However, I cannot tell a lie and I munched on some Pringles after the gym, my dinner just wasn't cooking fast enough :(
But I lost about 2 lbs this morning!

Alright. One day down and I'm pretty proud of myself. Surprisingly I stayed within my point range and even came up 2 points short. I also took a 1/2 hour mini-spin class which is always exhausting but after that I did some strength training, mostly arms and abs because after spinning I hate to do much leg work when my legs are killing me and I think got a pretty good workout anyways.
I also made some boneless buffalo wings last night. And they were awesome! 5 wings for 3 points! It was great. The recipe is on the Hungry Girl web site, www.hungry-girl.com, I read her daily newsletters religiously and I've tried tons of her recipes and have gotten rave reviews. I'm thinking of doing the buffalo wings for our superbowl party, see if anyone can tell a difference.
So here's to another day. I'm planning lunch with a friend at Subway but I'm sticking with a 6-inch Turkey, no cheese, some baked lays and a Diet Coke. Then it's off to a mini-total body sculpt and mini-spin tonight. I'm dying to get to 180 in my first week back on track.

Ok so here's my tip for the day. I just had one of those Vitalicious Vita Muffins the CranBran kind. It's delicious! And only 1 point for weight watchers. It's packed with fiber but also tastes good. It's a nice spin on what I crave, which is the Starbucks Cran-Oat Bran muffin, mind you that is better but this is a good and healthy substitute.
