felt good today. did a run and I was able to run further without being out of breath. also was told my weight loss of 20 pounds is noticeable. as of now getting down 10 been challenging but have been eating healthier. I do have my moments but I'm working this one day at a time. I know just losing 20 I feel better.

today I'm refocused. I can do this. I am determined to live better. I feel like healthier I am the stronger I can be for her and my family. I get discouraged on being able to handle it. I won't give up. I've got too much that depend on me to go backwards.

I keep reminding myself why I am doing this. it's just hard some days to know my grandma progresses from deminchia. I'm blessed she isn't on the last stage which is bed written and mentally and physically trying to prepare. I do this for me and my kids. but the days, I can tell it more often bothers me. I want to do this and be stronger to do the harder parts but mentally it's draining and I know it all comes just.... I don't know if I can handle it. I don't want to go backwards when her time comes.... or when it's closer just idk how to mentally prepare so I can push through and keep on my journey. 💔

hardest part of this journey for me is knowing my grandma getting worse. I'm trying to get healthier for myself, my kids and for her so I can fully take care of her during all while she's here. mentally it's draining...
