Today, as part of my church's Get Fit program, we are weighing in! Excited to see this week's results!
It seems like it will be nice outside again, so I a may take another walk!

Today has been a busy day, but I have determined to make sure I workout. I am going on an 1 hour walk on the lake!
Additionally, I count today a success for two reasons. 1) Was given the option to have free food and I had just a little. 2) When given the option to go out to eat, I went, but had a grilled chicken salad.

Today was not so good of a day in terms of eating three meals and two snacks.
I worked late and didn't get into early in the morning. I did get up to work out (a brisk one hour walk around the lake) but went to sleep after wards. So, I didn't really eat breakfast or lunch...so bad.

Skipped a journal entry yesterday.
Today, feels fine. Really stressed but have managed to not overeat, probably because I have very little money!
Looking forward to a nice walk today since the weather is nice.
