Stalling the last few days but had been restricting a fair bit (which is probably bad. It's hard to let go of old methods). I'm trying to stay Keto and did blow out a couple of days ago. Could also be getting a few unknown carbs. I seem to need to stay below 25g carbs to stay in ketosis - mysteriously Blood Glucose was 6.3 this morning which means I am obviously kicked out of Ketosis.
