I,ve been stalled for a week. Have pretty much been right on with the Keto but could be getting some hidden carbs sneaking in. I am also noticing that if I go above about 25g carbs on a low intake day it gets harder to maintain progress but less so if on a higher intake day but kept the ratios better (eg. 3320cal day with 5.2% carbs didn't stall me but a couple of days with around 2200cal with 12-13% carbs would see weight climb for a few days - likely just water retention but prob knocked out of keto) Careful with those macadamias Eugene (3320cal day), easy to find that you don't need to seal the packet :) I have also had a few odd high (6.0-6.3) morning- mid morning BG's when I haven't really had a carb blowout.
