Well...the numbers don't lie. I was a more lax about my eating and workouts this week and I didn't lose much. But I did lose. This week i've learned that ff yogurt is a trigger for me. I need a bit of fat to feel full. Peanut butter is a mainstay. This week I want to try a different nut butter to mix it up.
This is a journey not a race...

Oh man today was hard. I pulled a lower ab muscle and kind of felt down all day. I ate more than I wanted but I didn't go over 1700 (my absolute upper limit)...so I guess I should be proud that I didn't totally go off the deep end food wise. I also made it to the gym even though I wavered on and off a million times before I went.
So I take that back. This was a good day. I was tested buy I overcame!

woke up feeling full...the kind of feeling you get when you ate a ton the day before. I don't think I ate too much yesterday. But I wasn't able to work out as much as I have been the last couple of weeks due to a few pains I have here and there...hopefully those clear up quick with some rest and I can get back at it.
