I must admit that lately I am feeling pretty down. I have't lost any weight in weeks. I've actually probably gained a little bit of weight. I'm not tracking my calories anymore. I feel at this point I can't count calories for the rest of my life. I'm getting bored with calorie tracking. I am trying to eat the same things that I normally eat.
I am working out too. I am trying to stay on a schedule with my workouts. I've just finished Day 8 of EA Active's 30 Day Challenge and after that, I modified the Easy Sports workout I burned about 211 calories.
I did eat out twice this weekend. I know I shouldn't have, and I shouldn't have eaten all that I did but I'm not beating myself up over this. I will lose the weight. I will get healthy. I may not be losing weight but I think I might be losing some inches. Using the leg strap on EA Active is easier. It doesn't seem like it fits as tightly. And, I have conquered cutting back on my soda intake which is such a huge addiction for me. It can be done and I will do it.

A little about me and my journey.
I've always been big. When I was younger I can remember my mother really feeding me pretty unhealthy foods but I was pretty active in sports and was always running around with my friends so I managed to stay pretty fit.
Then, as I got older things happened. My aunt died in a car accident in 1996 and that is when my entire family seemed to fall apart. I gradually became depressed and stopped being as active as I used to be. Because of other life events, I was placed on anti-depressents and well, my weight really shot up after that.
I'm working hard to get back to a healthy weight. I don't need to be stick thin. I just want to be healthy to avoid health problems down the road.
