Alright, so I'm starting this challenge off at 384.2. Not bad considering that I ended the last one at 387.6. My goal this time is to get down to 361.72 in six weeks -- that's 1% per week. Yesterday, I told my wife about the challenge and my goal; I gave her permission to badger me incessantly if she sees me trying to cheat.

Woohoo! I went out with my friends yesterday and that is typically the one time every two weeks where I gain ~10 pounds. This is because Wegman's is delicious. Well, yesterday, instead of getting a hoagie and sushi, I got a giant caesar salad (it probably was enough for 6 people) and some cashew chicken. Instead of gaining ~10 pounds, I actually lost a smidge!
In other news, tomorrow will be one week that I've gone with minimal amounts of caffeine. I had one cup of coffee on Friday and other than that, I'm free. My withdrawal headaches have stopped.

I have some sort of cold right now, so I'm only eating soft foods. Ice cream and pudding aren't diet friendly foods, unfortunately.

Ugg, today for lunch I had okra. I don't think I've ever had it before, but I wanted to try a different vegetable. Never again! It was coated in slime and made for a better conversation piece than a meal.

Ugg, why is food at RockBottom so tasty. I was going to go for a salad but every one of their salads has sugary fruits (omg, craisins!) on it. So I ended up with fajitas, but those come with rice and I couldn't resist. Bleh, curse you tasty RockBottom food!
