Hurray the swelling and pain are gone from my calves so started exercising again

I could not exercise today bc my legs were swollen and very painful to even walk.

getting a little frustrated i am exercicing 30 to 60 minutes a day my calors are mostly under 1200 calories but am staying at 219 lbs for a few days now
