very rough day today .i used cake and ice cream to medicate myself.i am angry with myself but will exercise 2 times tomorrow.

doctor said not worry about my weight,easy for him to say he is about 6feet 5 inches and is very thin.

Weigh-in: 202.0 lb

lost so far: 40.0 lb

still to go: 62.0 lb

Diet followed reasonably well

this may be hard to beleive but my doctor who also my counsellor told me i could eat whatever i wanted for one day.i wish i had not listened to him i had to get a lot of exercise and weights in so do not gain weight.
