How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh myself once a week. I find even then there is a fluctuation. I have been overweight my whole life and have done the weigh myself everyday thing and it gets really discouraging. In a week it is considered great to lose 2 lb. and if you get up on that scale every morning then you may be up a lb then down 2 lb then up 3 lb then down 3 lb depending on your water, womanly times of the moth, your food, your digestive tract so i recommend the same time every week which is what i do
