Well.. I am kind of failing at this losing weight thing. I didnt end up going to the gym yesterday because i slept over at a friends. Also I drank two cans of soda, and I have been trying to ditch soda, and I hadnt had one in a few weeks. But luckily I still didnt go over my calorie intake, but that doesnt mean I ate very healthy. And now I am spending the next three days at my dads house where I cant go to the gym, and there is all kinds of tempting junk food. So this should be interesting...

So today my mom promised she would take me to the gym and so i am really hoping that is going to happen. I am actually craving getting on the peddle bike and the stair climber. Its surprising that I am actually excited to go work out, I havent been to the gym in forever.

Ugh. I am so disapointed that I didnt go to the gym today. It is so annoying having to rely on my mother to take me, and she is constantly too busy. Either way I will most definetly be going, but if for some reason my mom refuses to take me, i will take my dog on a very long walk. My goal is to go to the gym 4-5 times a week, and on the other three or four days I don't go i will take my dog on long walks. I really really need to exercise more, especially since I eat so much.

I go back to school in two weeks, and im so mad at myself for not doing this earlier. More than anything i wanted to go back to school looking skinnier and now there is not time to make a visible change. But I still hope that I will gradually lose weight and get skinnier even if its not for a certain thing in general.
