Ugh. I am so disapointed that I didnt go to the gym today. It is so annoying having to rely on my mother to take me, and she is constantly too busy. Either way I will most definetly be going, but if for some reason my mom refuses to take me, i will take my dog on a very long walk. My goal is to go to the gym 4-5 times a week, and on the other three or four days I don't go i will take my dog on long walks. I really really need to exercise more, especially since I eat so much.
