Liquid Splenda
I find that I do not "hurt" if I use Splenda. Although if I use aspartame my fibromyalgia kicks into fighting mode and I will hurt all over for most of a day. I have started using Stevia - which is, apparently, not considered "artificial" by a good number of nutrition gurus. Desserts taste a bit different, but if one uses flavorings of vanilla or almond or such it helps. Would love your recipe! Happy New Year.
