DONT GIVE UP!!! You can do this!!! im a little late since i just seen this post but you can do this we all can. You just eat meat vegetables and drink lots of water. fruit for snacks and you are on your way. if you get any little cravings just eat it in moderation and keep moving
you can do anything you put your mind to!

I use the following items in a green juice, which I love: Cucumber, Apple, Kale, Spinach, Lemon, Ginger and Parsley. To make it taste less green, I exchange green apples for red.
