Better diet today. Though still my digestion got some problem early in the morning. This is probably because of the "air" going in to my stomach from yesterday night's cold wind...

I think my breakfast was somewhat a great and successful choice, I enjoyed eating all of them and could feel that they're just right to support me until my lunch time is coming.

Then again, my lunch is the other half of my subway from yesterday, and still I'm putting into practice the eating slowly method, I think it really worked well as I could feel myself full just right.

Thinking about buying some energy/protein bar as I'm intend to keep my cardiovascular exercise and mix it with some muscle building exercise.

Oh well, tomorrow is WEEKEND which is as everybody might suggest, it would be scary if I can't control myself eating all the dishes and meals whenever I hang out with my friend. Got to brace myself! :D

Seems to be I still need to let my body adjust my diet changes as I tried to work myself out. Earlier this morning I ate banana, yogurt and milk. I thought those where enough to keep me until noon, but guess what!? My stomach keep burping but I don't know whether I'm hungry or it was just my digestion system which was in trouble. I decided to ate my 1/2 slice pizza and finally bought footlong oven roasted chicken from subway.

I ate my first 6" for today's lunch and plan to eat the other 6" for tomorrow's. Seems cheap, eh?! I should say it's cheap yet it's keeping my diet in track :)

Anyway, I went to gym again today to get my health assessment test and membership card and finally ran for 17 minutes before I do some dumbbells work and then heads back to home.

For my surprise my sister-in-law made another wonderful dishes, it's egg noodle with minced pork and fried wonton... couldn't resist this one! Hahaha..

Another Bootcamp at GoldGym. Guess I'm still working on to bring myself up that "fit" level. I felt a lot more exhausted today compared to Monday's bootcamp. I guess it's been a while since I really do any intense 1hr workout which based on these last two occasions felt so much fun!

Looking forward for next week's bootcamp and see if I could use more weight than this week.

Not to mention, I did eat only half of my pizza this afternoon! Woohoo.. what a progress, I guess I'd say progress because I just learned and put into practice the tips about "always set aside about 25%-50% of your food" and "do talk/other things while you're eating" that way the brain get the signals that I just fed myself the right amount of food. Not too little and not too much, I'd say it was successful and I intend to look forward on how I could set aside every time I have an entree.

As for tonight's dinner, I couldn't resist the temptation to grab the freebies from GoldGym, they got mozzarella garlic bread and I was guilty of taking 1 loaf of it! :P Also, I intended to just eat the McRibs and that's it, but then again, my sister-in-law already prepared the fried fish with noodle for me, I couldn't say no and decline the food that had already been prepared. :)

Way to go for tomorrow!
