Doing some weight training today and tried to put "muscle confusion" into practice. I did differentiate the weight that I use in most of the repetitions and hopefully I'll be able to continue routinely. Pretty happy with my weight progress I should say, I weigh in after the workout session and it said I weigh approximately 142.2lbs which I personally believe seems to be the right fit for my height and body posture. My goal now is to reshape the composition of my body to get more lean and healthy muscle while at the same time burning the bad-fat.

Mixed up my food and exercise entries. I put yesterday's to today's. I guess I'll put today's to yesterday's (12/1/2010).

I have to say this is the perfect/right weight for my body posture. I think I've reach my goal for the right weight (at least based on what I experience and see so far). My next goal/challenge is to maintain this weight while also shaving the fat and replace those heavy fat with lean muscle. I'm actually not into body building stuffs but it's just that I'd rather have a healthy strong body than to get back bulking up the fat.

Surprise with the weight decrease. I didn't expect that, I guess it was just a momentary fluke.. we'll see how things go at the end of this week!
