Couldn't afford a scale, but I tried one out at the store, lol...Lost a few pounds...Working out on exercise bike, 20 mins a day, no exceptions, no excuses. Have cut out most white, refined, sugar and flour. Also switched to almond milk. So far, so good.

I may have lost a few pounds as I've been working out every day and trying my hardest to eat as healthy as our budget will allow, but alas, I still have no scale. Bleh. This is the only time I'm actually looking FORWARD to a doctor's visit so I can see my weight.
