Computer was broken for a while, and for some weird reason FS won't let me sign in from my Ipod Touch, so I was completely off counting for a few days. I didn't go nuts, just ate as usual for the most part, so I have no idea how I could have possibly gained 6 pounds in 10 days. I'm thinking it might be salt or water weight, because I'm sweating so much I don't see how I'm not burning as many calories as I eat...AT LEAST.
I think my hormones also have something to do with it. They've been so messed up it's literally been scary. Doc appointment in about 3 weeks, though, then hopefully it will all get straightened out.
I have GOT to do more exercise and start pushing myself to work out every day, harder, longer. I'll never get anywhere if I don't push myself harder. I'm so weak-willed it makes me sick. Hard not to be discouraged, though...Even before this particular gain I was still majorly struggling and not losing anything for weeks on end with an RDI of only 1500 calories. Something just isn't right, there. Even with no exercise at all, I should still lose 1-2 pounds a week at least with 1500 calories. What is wrong with my body? Why me? I HATE BEING LIKE THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Also need to drink more water. I'm drinking around 1/2 a gallon a day, but since I sweat almost non-stop here even when I don't work out, I'm worried that might not be enough.
