been weight training and can see results so im not to disappointed in the 1 pound gain. im gonna say its muscle! will try harder on teh cardio and eating next week.

Mr. Journal. Yesterday, i ate 6 skinny cow ice creams. 18 points on the weight watchers scale :(. tonight i ate bbq, potato salad, and greasy onion rings. i feel like crap. i dont know i guess im running out of gogo juice. things are getting repetitive and feels old. i gotta find something to get my interest back. i have came to far to give up now.

did cardio this morning 20min hiit. drank 16oz of water then worked out. wasnt to bad.
