I am pushing 55 and enjoy being Grandma to my adorably sweet Jensen.

It's time to take care of the biggest obstacle (100# +) and inflammation.

My only son is getting married in May 2021. He is also a Training Manager at his Fitness facility. I know he would finally feel proud and would worry less to see me happy and healthy,

I also have met my "go to person" and I want to spend great quality time with him going forward. He encourages me to be good to myself and I want to give my best self to him.

My Goals:

1st goal: 275
2nd goal: 250
3rd goal: 225
4th goal: 200
Final goal: 178

My journey will include Keto possibly an anti-inflammatory way of eating.
