Well I think I blew it tonight with my eating. My net carbs were something like 50.4 or so. I am just so tired of eating salads every single day. So what I did was went grocery shopping and bought a loaf of light bread 100% whole wheat, some red grapes, grapefruit, fiber one yogurt, and 1/2 gal of fat free milk. The exercising is going good, I have a variety of exercise programs, plus just individual stuff like yard work, etc.. that I am doing.

Of the foods I shouldn't eat on Atkins, I ate a 1/2 a grapefruit, 2 oz grapes, and a peanut butter sandwich with two slices of light bread, and 1 TBSP peanut butter. Now I feel bad about eating those things, but I guess tomorrow is a new day. I did ask a coworker if she wanted the grapefruit, and the bread I'm just going to stick it up in the freezer for if I feel I need a slice i know its there.
