Damn calorie spikes!
So i thought I would weigh a bit heavier than the day before....NOPE. Apparently my calorie spike of Jimmy Johns at 3am plus 1 beer did the opposite....eff that.

Incline Dumb Bell Bench Press

Dips + Cable Cross Overs
